local eateries welcome snacks functional air conditioning

The front desk staff gave useful advice on local eateries. My room included welcome snacks, such a sweet gesture! (I was so happy!). Air conditioning worked well, important for the time of year.

There was no elevator.

the rooms felt pretty cramped. moving around with luggage was a pain. plus, there were mosquitos when i tried to get some fresh air, so that wasn't great.

solid stay near san marco

great location helpful staff daily cleaning delicious breakfast

location was a real winner, close to everything i wanted to see. staff was friendly and always ready to help, i asked vito for a restaurant recommendation and he delivered. my room was cleaned daily and the air conditioning worked perfect, a must in summer. i had a continental breakfast each morning and really enjoyed it.

the stairs to the entrance were a little tough with luggage.

the front desk was staffed 24/7 and always had someone ready to assist. vito was helpful, providing detailed directions and recommendations. staff spoke multiple languages, this ensured easy communication for all guests.

The location is central. Saint Mark's Square is just a short walk. The staff provided excellent assistance with directions around the city. Complimentary water was available.

The entrance area lacks an elevator.
